Holley believes that the benefits of Sports Massage are vast, from training injury prevention and treatment to keeping in good general health. Sports Massage releases muscle tension and restores balance to your musculoskeletal system brought on by overtraining or general overuse from daily living. These imbalances cause muscle tension to develop which eventually stresses the joints and muscles. Not only for the injured, Sports Massage is also beneficial in preventing injury! As well as Sports Massage Holley is a qualified Personal Trainer with the sought after NASM certification that offers the “gold standard” in fitness. NASM focuses on the kinesiology of sport and training techniques combining Sports Therapy guidelines with corrective exercise with proven results in injury prevention. Using this fitness standard in conjunction with Sports Therapy offers the client a more rounded treatment that will provide them with a better conditioned and balanced body.
Holley has been active in the fitness industry for over 15 years not only increasing her own knowledge in the industry but also by keeping an active lifestyle with fitness classes and weight training. Being passionate about health and fitness has led Holley to want to learn more about sports injury prevention, treatment and physical maintenance side of the industry providing benefit to her clients seeking therapy or advice.
